SAWA may collect the following information from users of our site: first name, last name, street address, area and city, phone and contact numbers, e-mail address, GPS location (mobile site) (collectively, "Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII"). 

In addition, SAWA may collect information regarding Talabat account holders' past Talabat orders, favorite restaurants, customer service inquiries, service/restaurant reviews and certain social networking preferences (e.g. pages you "Like" or "Recommend"). 

Use of information 

 SAWA uses Emails to create users' SAWA accounts, to communicate with users about SAWA services, to offer users additional services, promotions and special offers and to charge for purchases made through SAWA. Users may affirmatively opt-out of receiving promotional communications from SAWA,SAWA may also use PII to enforce SAWA terms of use and service. 

Use of your Email

To register for an account, we require you to supply us with your email address, or other information needed to contact you online and over the phone. We use your e-mail address and other contact information you provide us with to confirm your order and to communicate with you in case of an order problem, so one cannot register without an e-mail address.

 You can take it back if you lose it.  By registering and sending personal information to this application, you agree to the use of this information for legitimate commercial purposes and you agree to transfer and store this information to and within the databases after the privacy statement.  Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose unless we obtain your permission, or unless required or permitted by law or professional standards.  The information / data that we collect will be deleted automatically every three days.  The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

 3- Data collection and security purposes: The application uses user data to identify the user's identity and provide a better user experience with its services.  We also collect device information to provide a decent and compatible look to the app.  We assure you that our connection to the server is secure and protected by token system.  We use appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect the information we keep in our records from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.  However, no company can guarantee complete security.  Users should prevent unauthorized access to their account by setting a strong password to protect and limit access to their computer, device and browser.

 This information provides us with aggregate data that the application may use certain information to improve services only.  We may also use the information you send to us to communicate with you via email, and possibly other means, regarding products, services, offers, promotions, or events that we think may be of interest to you or to send you our newsletters, if this follows your marketing preferences.  .  You will always be able to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.  Some features of the services may be offered jointly with an unaffiliated third party, such as another entity or intermediary that provides services and contracts with us as a vendor to provide services to users.  To provide services, it may be necessary for users or the app to share users' personal information with unaffiliated third parties.  If the user does not want his information to be shared, he / she can choose not to allow the transfer by not using the services.  This app needs access permission to your location to track and send the current location of the mobile device on your secondary phone when it is lost or stolen.
